SHIPPING POLICY

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

All purchases are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, please allow additional time for order processing.

Orders are handled Monday through Friday. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days from the date of purchase, with shipping occurring shortly after processing is completed. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

Delivery Time

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery timeframes will then depend on your location. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–16 business days
  • Central America: 10–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–26 business days
  • Other regions: 11–30 business days

In rare circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected, potentially up to 30 business days.
